With this trio, I would like to share a philosophy that I hold close to my heart, “Idam Na Mama!” which means that all that is good which is contained in the books belongs to my teachers. Nothing is mine. I offer it as if I am repaying the debt of wisdom.
This Yogsadhna Anniversary Trio is bundled to remind the sincere seeker of the core values of Yoga—inquiry, insight, and ingrain. With the 25-year anniversary mark, this special trio is a reminder that it takes sangha, the community, and not just time, dedication, and consistency to walk the path of Yoga.
Thank you, the sincere seeker of Yoga for putting your trust in me and encouraging me to keep sharing. Here is my hope, wish and prayer, may it come true in this very lifetime.

deva bhagam yatha purve sanjanana upasate || (Riv Veda X.191)
Let us move together, let us radiate the same thought-wave, let us come to know our minds together,
Let us share our wealth without differentiation, like sages of the past, so that all may enjoy the universe.
Let our aspirations be united, let our hearts be inseparable,
Let our minds be as one mind, so that we live in harmony and become one with the Supreme.
