Once upon a time... The Story of Yoga Nidra
Eventually, the Goddess Yoga Nidra (Devi) left from the eyes of Vishnu upon being extolled by Brahma...
1 minute
In the moment,
Many taking their first breath,
While others taking their last...
Many laughing out in sheer joy,
While others sobbing uncontrollably.
Many getting healthier by the moment,
While others getting weaker.
Many celebrating the arrival of spring,
While others bracing the wrath of the mother nature..
Many barren fields receiving the first rain showers,
While many lush fields turning barren...
Many reaping the bounty of the land,
While others begging for a grain of rice.
Many holding hands of the loved ones for the first times,
While others clinging to the same hand for the last...
Many offering all they can to anyone they could out of compassion,
While others hoarding all they can out of greed.
All the saints and the senseless,
The warriors and the cowards,
The strong and the weak,
The dead and those alive,
The joyful and the joyless,
The eternal and the temporary,
and everything in between,
In the moment...
