Yoga of Common Sense: Design Your Own Flow
Have you ever wondered how to sequence a class that is just right for you, for the time of the day, and for the season? Being able to tune into your own body, breath, and mind to receive the cues for practice is what is called "Yoga of common sense." This kind of Yoga is not a workout, but a work-in.

Have you ever wondered how to sequence a class that is just right for you, for the time of the day, and for the season? Being able to tune into your own body, breath, and mind to receive the cues for practice is what is called "Yoga of common sense." This kind of Yoga is not a workout, but a work-in.
In the words of Indu's Yoga Guru Shashi Khosla, "Yoga is not to be done, but explored and realized." This class is an introduction to Khosla's unique experiential approach to Yoga through kriya, mudras, pranayama, and bandhas. Her approach makes the state of Yoga, as well as its practices, accessible for all practitioners.
Having learned, and with the blessing to continue learning, from her Yoga Guru since 2000, Indu feels it is an absolute honor, privilege, and a responsibility to share the limited knowledge she has digested in the process. This desire to repay the debt of wisdom has inspired Indu and kept Indu centered on the path of Yoga. As her teacher would have said, "Let us learn, explore, and realize Yoga."
Join Indu for this combination class involving practice, lecture, and a Q&A session.
