Mudras have been kept as a sacred secret for ages. It is time to explore subtle ways of healing and integrating all possible tools we can to clear pranic pathways, trigger the innate intelligence and allow one to be established in health. Study the origins, therapeutic application of Hand Mudras, along with ways to combine it with Ayurveda and incorporate a powerful yet simple tool to those who seek health.
Modern medicine is moving towards customized health care, known as personalized medicine. Mudras follow a personalized approach to healing. In the practice of therapeutic yoga, asanas are over glorified, whereas subtle practices like Mantra, Mudra, Meditation and relaxation are underestimated in their healing potential. We need to bring our attention to the roots and explore all traditional tools that could be of service to the masses and serve as modern day medicine.
