Sukham Yoga retreat 2016

Sukham means a pleasant, desirable and happy space. Whatever we do creates vibrations around and within. The teachings and the practice of Yoga helps us in becoming aware of the kind of thoughts and emotions we host in the inner space. It also provides us a tool to deal with needs a resolve and strengthen that which allows growth.

LOCATION/ACCOMMODATION
Costa Rica's premier rainforest eco-tourism destination, Playa Nicuesa Rainforest Lodge. 165 Acre Preserve with private trail system adjacent to National Park and fruit orchard growing bananas, papaya, pineapple, oranges, grapefruit, star fruit, guava and other tropical fruits. Lush, green vegetation as far as the eye can see, with leaves as big as elephant ears. Jade colored water. Toucans, monkeys, iguanas, dolphins, majestic blue butterflies.

MEALS
Three delicious healthy vegetarian meals daily that focus on locally harvested tropical fruits and vegetables prepared by an in-house Costa Rican chef, an abundance of natural fruit juices and snacks.

DAILY TOURS
1 guided kayak/snorkeling and rainforest hiking/birding tour daily. Unlimited self guided use of preserve trails, kayaks, fishing and snorkeling gear. (Additional tour options will be available at regular Nicuesa tour prices to be paid upon checkout.)

Price includes:
- Boat pick up and drop off from town of arrival/departure (Golfito/Puerto Jimenez)
- 3 meals/day prepared each day with emphasis on locally harvested tropical fruits and vegetables, and abundance of natural fruit juices.
- 6 nights accommodation. All cabins and rooms have private entrance, hot water open air showers, hardwood floors, ceiling fans and private terraces.
- Daily theme based meditations, Asana and subtle Kriyas practice sessions, workshop and group discussions with Master Yoga Teachers: Indu Arora and Agota Sesztak
- Airfare To & From Costa Rica is not included

FEES & REGISTRATION
Registration fee: $500* paid by 15th August, 2015

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- EARLY BIRD $2350 where $500* paid by 15th August and $1850 by 1st November of 2015
- INSTALMENTS $2600 where $500* paid by 15th August + $1050 by 1st November of 2015 + $1050 by 1st January of 2016
- COUPLE DISCOUNT $4500 for the couple where $1000* paid by 15th August 2015 and $3500 by 1st November of 2015
