Join Ayurvedic and yoga therapist Indu Arora as she guides you to embrace rest through relaxation practices, pranayama, mudras, discussion, and more. Inspired by the teachings of Indu's yoga, Ayurveda, and tantra gurus, you will
- Understand how rest is one of the three pillars of health in Ayurveda
- Learn the mantra for universal well being
- Develop healthy sleep hygiene
- Deepen sleep and restore energy levels.
Prioritize, prescribe, and practice deep rest—a much-needed reboot to restore yourself. In order to wake up, you must rest well.
