During turbulent times, it is even more important to understand the emotional terrain of mind and heart. Every emotion has a balancing opposite pair. Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom gives us important tools and practices which can be utilized to bring a balance by invoking the opposite, accepting the present and transforming when most needed. Emotions make us human! We can learn how to calibrate our actions, reflections and responses to bring the utmost human contentment as well as a divine revelation. This workshop series is focused on 3 main emotions of Anger (Raudra), Fear (Bhayanka) and Sorrow (Karuna). Learn how Anger can be balanced with Wonder (Adbhuta), Fear with Courage (Veera) and Sorrow with Peace (Shanta). Rasa Sadhana is the mastery over 8 emotions by application of understanding and discernment. It is a four step process. This brings balance, harmony and peace.

"Neither friends nor Foe

As long as we let them GO

Be thankful that we CAN feel

As long as we don't them them FLOW

To reflect and not to react

Refine the emotion as concentration

Everything is a tool for Self-realization

Keep the emotion in the center (Madhyasta)

Then let the center find its center

The Golden Gate of Shanta (peace) one enters

All emotions find their final Abode!!"
