Marma points in Yoga
Saturday, March 14, 2020, 1 - 5pm
Marma vidya has been kept secret due to its immense potential to open and heal channels. It is an intrinsic tool in Yoga practice as well as Ayurveda. The practice of asana, pranayama, mudra and relaxation becomes a thousand times more powerful when combined with the knowledge and awareness of main marmani (marma points) in the body.
The unique thing about these points is that they are on the physical body but energetic in nature. They act as a bridge between the physical and subtle body, controlling the prana shakti, calibrating the doshas and helping in bringing a balance of mind, emotions and body.
Take home the same practice with a renewed perspective.

Yoga Nidra 101
Sunday, March 15 2020, 2 - 4pm
Learn the basics of Yoga Nidra. It is an ancient Yogic practice with utmost relevance in current times. Preparation, practice and integration, these are the three pillars of Yoga Nidra. The most important among these three is the preparation. When we give the time, attention and energy to prepare ourselves, we can dive deeper into the practice and experience its richness.
Each one of us has a unique constitution, signature of karmas and lifestyle and therefore have a different physical, mental, pranic and emotional capacity. Our challenges are unique, too. Therefore the same practice does not work the same way for everyone. By recognizing this, we prepare ourselves in a way that address the signature of imbalance that keeps us away from diving into the state of Yoga nidra.
