Marma Vidya Training

Marma Vidya is wisdom of sacred geometry of human body revolving around 108 points of lights. It emerges from Ayurveda and Yoga Chikitsa Shastra (Therapeutics).

The study of marma is essential for an aspiring Yogi, Yoga Therapist, or Ayurvedic practitioner to deepen their understanding of the very subject bring insight and depth to their own practice.

The 108 marma points are referred to as the precipitating drops of nectar, or points of prana, found within the subtle, or pranic body.

This is one of a kind training offered by Indu Arora. The course curriculum shall explore the following:

Marma in relation to Yoga and Ayurveda

Day 2
Marma and pancha prana, nadis and 16 Strotas
Types of Marma
18 Marmasthani Dharana

Day 3
The study of Maha Marmas, and 108 marmani
Tantrik practice of Marma Nyasa with bija mantra
How to trigger marma using Marma danda

Day 4
Marma Yoga in Pranayama, Asanas, Meditation, Mantra and Mudra
Application of Marma vidya in everyday life

Day 5
Marma practical applications
Summarization of the entire training
