Marma is wisdom of sacred geometry of human body revolving around 108 points of lights. By studying Marma we become aware of the three divine wisdoms of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra.

Understand how prana (life force), tejas (internal fire), and ojas (deep vitality) can be cultivated to regulate and support agni (digestive fire) for optimal health through the knowledge and application of 108 marmani.

The study of marma is essential for an aspiring Yogin, Yoga Therapist, and Ayurvedic practitioner to deepen their understanding of the very subject bring insight and depth to their own practice.

Dates: Friday- Sunday, May 15-17, 2020
Time (Central time) : Fri: 5:30-9pm | Sat & Sun: 8am-4pm

COST: Regular/New Students: includes Devanadi TT students/grads: BOTH Parts 1 & 2: $775 ($850 after April 15, 2020) | Part 1 Only:$412.50 ($450 after April 15, 2020)

COST: Indu’s Returning Students: BOTH Parts 1 & 2: $765 | Part 1 Only: $382.50
You must have taken AYT/BYT or a 5-day training at Devanadi with Indu in the past – no early bird option but the cost is reduced for all options of the training

Payment Plan (for both Parts 1 & 2 only): $200 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to hold your spot until 4/15/20 when we will run your balance due for Early Bird registration, or 5/1/20 for Regular Price registration.

Pre-requisites: (One of the following)

• Current student in a Yoga Program / Ayurveda training
• Completed a Yoga Teacher / Yoga therapy / Ayurveda training program
• 3 year of Yoga Practice

Required books:

• Yoga Ancient Heritage Tomorrows Vision (Indu Arora)
• Ayurveda and Marma Therapy: David Frawley and Avinash Lele
