As the new year rings in, in just a couple of days, I wish you peace, pause, and poise.
Amidst the chaos, sometimes it is difficult to listen to our own heartbeat, notice the wonder of first rays of sunshine touching our face, or marvel at the continuity of breath. All of this requires slowing down and peace of mind. Yoga Nidra offers us exactly that.

PREPARE: Mat/practice space, Journaling notebook, blanket, eye cover (unscented)/ scarf, bolster (medium), whichever props help you stay in a supine/ prone/ reclined position comfortably.
