In this 3 part workshop, we will delve step by step into debunking myths which keep us scattered, practices which need more clear understanding and one Sage advice from Patanjali which I have held on to in my personal life and practice.

When we misunderstand a state, a tool and a philosophy we underutilize , mis-utilize or overutilize it. Until and unless we pay that sleep debt, address that deep rooted fatigue in our tissues and mind, we cannot go any further in our sacred path to Self. We will continue to be enslaved by dullness, sleepiness and lethargy. In this session, we will cover ways to get the deepest possible rest by going through 3 stages of Shavasana.

The mind constantly engages in stimuli, thoughts and emotions. It constantly compares, desires and analyzes. What if you knew one method to maintain consistent or at demand contact with your consciousness. What if you could stream consciousness? This is one of the methods proposed by Patanjali to attain the state of Yoga. This will clear your path to Yoga Nidra.
