Emotions decoded through Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda
Understand your emotions & reclaim your peace
Starting April 20, 2022
Emotions are part of what makes us human. To regain balance during turbulent times, it is necessary to explore our emotional terrain and understand our emotions for greater strength, power, and hope.
Join Ayurveda and yoga therapist Indu Arora and reclaim your peace, physical wellness, and contentment. Indu’s teachings focus on four pairs of opposites: joy (haysa) and sorrow (karuna); courage (veera) and fear (bhayanka); wonder (adbhuta) and anger (rudra); and love (shringara) and aversion (bhibhasta).
Through supportive yoga practices, mantras, meditation, and more, learn
- How to untangle layers of emotions through reflection, observation, and analysis
- Key practices to boost energy levels and grow emotional intelligence
- The role that food, colors, and objects such as gemstones have in aggravating and supporting emotions.
Finish the program with tangible and actionable techniques and practices so you have a toolbox readily available whenever you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
