Gayatri Mantra is light, wisdom and insight. It is often called the vibration of truth. In the practice that leads to the state of Yoga, mantras are the subtlest of the threads. Our mind is nothing but a vibration and mantras are precise and calibrated vibrations. When combined with Mudra and pranayama, mantra are complete practices.
The practice of Gayatri mantra is incomplete without the practice of 32 Hand Mudras.

- Recitation of the Mantra and its symbolic Meaning
