Why prepare for Yoga Nidra
We live in a world that creates waves. Whether it’s driving in traffic, an energizing conversation with a friend, or a pleasant meal, we still need to clear the path for the realization of consciousness.

It's the perfect time to take a deep breath and gather all the experiences of the year—those that we perceived as positive/enjoyable, negative/troubling, or somewhere in-between. Like kindling for a campfire, we can gather those moments, situations, and happenings and let those experiences transform into fuel for our determination.
There is a single word in Yogic texts, that describes the above in one word: Sankalpa.
Sankalpa is a promise we make to ourselves every single day—to manifest our deepest resolve. It is a call to show up, focus, and act according to our physical, mental, emotional, and pranic capacity. Rise beyond procrastination, peel off layers of inertia, and show up for yourself.
At times it is difficult to understand philosophical ideas until they become concrete, visible, graspable, and a physical reminder. For me, Sankalpa is a thread that leads us from this to that. My most recent collaboration with Bali Malas is exactly that—to make the ideas livable, breathable and wearable (if possible). With the Sankalpa wrap, it is possible.
The Sankalpa wrap is a gentle, yet powerful, reminder: We must act NOW! Gather all the pieces of the scattered mind, knowing that sorrow, loss, disappointment is inevitable. Still, we must choose to show up, act, and live our purpose. Tap into your superpower to concentrate, rise, and act. Become that which you aspire to be!
Each gemstone is carefully chosen to invoke the spirit of right action. Garnet fills the heart with motivation, Tiger’s Eye reminds us of rising beyond fear, and Pyrite shields the mind and heart from negativity, keeping it throbbing with Prana. Gold’s heating effect pacifies the kapha dosha.
The mantra, KLĪṀ, inscribed on the gold charm, awakens the sentiment of consolidation, concentration, and action. It is the mantra of the Fearless Goddess, Kali.
Muse: The mantra from Katha Upanishad instructs us, “Get up, rise, and stop not until you manifest your deepest resolve.” “Uttiṣṭhata jāgrata prāpya varānnibodhata.” The wrap is joined by the gold charm, hand-inscribed with the mantra, KLĪṀ, of the fearless goddess, Kali.
Wrap the bracelet while mentally repeating the mantra, KLĪṀ, to invite the motivation to act beyond fear and inertia every day.

There is a lot of buzz about this word and a lot of people are trying hard to find their Dharma.
Query: When I practice tree pose I feel shaky? Why do you think this happens? What should I do with this?
